This customized triathlon training Performance Package is specifically designed to work towards a major race and/or possible buildup events. The package will guide you through the build up, race specific phases and taper which are essential for this endurance sport. Email and telephone access to your coach will give you support and focus throughout each 4 week training program.
- Consultation - This could take up to 1 hour to gather all the information required by your coach to build a structured overview of your race targets and goals. Please contact your GP before undertaking any demanding exercise
- Personalised Training Program - This program is fully personalised to meet your individual needs. It is updated on a four-weekly basis and is periodised to prepare you for your key races. The programs will be e-mailed every 4 weeks.
- E-mail Communication - Regular communication with your coach provides valuable feedback and support. You will have unlimited contact with your coach via e-mail and telephone.
- Support materials - You will have access to information on race nutrition, strength & core work, time management, training principles, and swim, bike and run sessions.
