The off season is a time to recharge your batteries and add variety to your training. It is also time to address weaknesses and improve technique in preparation for the next season.
The Off Season Maintenance Program allows you to maximise reduced training time throughout the off season. The emphasis is on reduced volume and intensity, increased variety and technique development.
- Assessment - This could take up to 1 hour to gather all the information required by your coach to build a structured overview of your race targets and goals for the season ahead. Your coach willa lso check heart rate, blood pressure, and ask general health realted questions.
- Personalised Training Program - This is a fully persoanlised program designed to
maximise the off season from October to January. the four weekly program addresses technique development in all disciplines though increased variety and technique specific sessions, and is tailored to your individual requirements. The Program will be e-mailed.
- Limited e-mail Communication - During your 4 week training program you will have access to your coach via e-mail.
