This 8 Week triathlon training package is specifically designed for novices wanting to try the worlds fastest growing endurance sport which attracts people of all ages and abilities. The package will cover all basic principles of triathlon training to help you prepare for your first race.


  • Assessment - Your coach will assess your general fitness in preparation for further training and exercise(30 min's). Please consult your GP before doing exercise.
  • Personal Swim Session - Analysis of stroke technique, principles of relaxed, efficient swimming, and swim program review. (45 min's)
  • Personal Bike Session - Assessment of riding position, technique and cadence, prescription of heart rate training zones, and bike program review (45 min's)
  • Personal Run Session - Assessment of technique and posture, principles of optimum stride rate, prescription of heart rate training zones, and run program review. (45 min's)
  • 8 Week Standard Training Program - Each training card has 1x bike session, 1x run session, and 2x swim session to be done each week for 8 weeks. The program is designed to prepare you physically and mentally for your first race. It will give you an understanding of the training required if you choose to continue in this mass participation sport.
